CS GROUP is pleased to announce the appointment of Laetitia Desfosses as Group CFO.
Laetitia joins the CS GROUP executive committee and will help to implement the strategic plan Ambition 2021, announced last April. The goal of the plan is to achieve revenue of 300 M€ and an operating margin of 8% within 3 years, through organic and external growth targeting our defense, space and cybersecurity markets.
Laetitia holds an accounting degree, a postgraduate diploma in fiscal law, and a diploma from NEOMA Business School. She brings 20 years’ experience in France and Europe in the rapidly developing Corporate Digital sector with firms such as Linedata and Econocom, and proven expertise in M&A and digital transformation.
